I was a dancer from a young age. My parents were dancers; we were taken to a lot of ballet as children. It occurred to me that what I liked more than dancing the steps was acting the story of whatever particular performance I was taking part in. ↗
You have actors who begin at a certain young age and there's very little change in their technique and the depth of their performances; they're the same 30 years later. ↗
It's not the normal way to look at things but I experienced death at a really young age and because of that it's been part of my mental landscape that death is really very possible. ↗
