It's not just in my industry... everything is so sensationalized that there's not a lot of heart and soul in a lot of things there used to be heart and soul in.

In 1998 Chesney recorded a limited-edition single titled "Touchdown Tennessee". The album's second single "A Chance" peaked just shy of the Top Ten.  1 hit "Out Last Night" was the lead single.

Other notable awards include the Academy of Country Music's 1997 New Male Vocalist of the Year 2002 Top Male Vocalist of the Year and the Triple Crown Award in 2005. S. The Country Music Association honored Chesney with the Entertainer of the Year award in 2004 2006 2007 and 2008.
