I have lost a little bit of flexibility, but the doctors say with any kind of torn ligament it is not uncommon for the injury to take 16 months to be 100 percent healed.

Chang served as Chairman of ATP Tour Charities in 1994. During his rise in 1989 (including his French Open title) he was coached by José Higueras.

He also introduced the jumping two-handed backhand. 2 in September 1996.
