In the Angel television series' episode "She" a reference is made about a flower called "Nancy's Petticoat" and how it was named after Nancy Mitford. The owners of her Paris apartment needed it back for their children Nancy Mitford wanted a garden and her Parisian friends were dying (Evelyn Waugh in 1966).
