I honestly never once heard them fight. They yelled at us kids all the time, but never at each other. My siblings and I joke to this day about how the reason we have trouble in relationships is because we never learned how to fight from our parents.

In the 1990s Griffin began performing as a stand-up and also appeared as a guest star on several television shows. She received it during the Creative Arts Emmy which was hosted by Carlos Mencia and aired on E! on September 15. Griffin also has a secondary career in voiceover work and has been featured on a variety of projects such as the animated series Dilbert and Spider-Man: The New Animated Series.
