Cops are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get.
1) You may get the young rookie that thinks the more tickets/arrests they make will change the world
2) The seasoned level headed veteran that knows everyone makes mistakes
3) Somewhere in between the two
A good policeman needs to be a jack of all trades. Being a patrolman is mostly on the job site and life experiences, you need lots of common since and a little book smarts.
