The most important thing I think we need to remember is that we're a work in progress. Do not be ashamed or afraid to ask for help. That's what I did. I asked for help.

In March 2012 Wilson admitted that Carnie Wilson received lap-band surgery earlier in 2012. In August 2011 Wilson became a judge on the ABC show Karaoke Battle USA. Over the course of the show Wilson lost 22 pounds which Carnie Wilson eventually gained back.
