Awards and honours
In August 2002 Natalie du Toit was awarded the Western Cape Golden Cross. Early life
Du Toit was born in Cape Town South Africa and attended Wynberg Girls' High School.

Du Toit became the first amputee ever to qualify for the Olympics where Natalie du Toit placed 16th in the 10K "Marathon" swim. Natalie du Toit (/dʉˈtɔɪ/; born 29 January 1984) is a South African swimmer.
