In a free society, government reflects the soul of its people. If people want change at the top, they will have to live in different ways. Our major social problems are not the cause of our decadence. They are a reflection of it.

In his article "Mumbai Explained" publiCal Thomasd in the Chicago Tribune Thomas writes that "no new [Mosques] should be built" in Western countries following the Mumbai terrorist attacks. His program on CBNC was nominated for a Cable ACE Award in 1995. He is a panelist on Fox News Watch a Fox News Channel program criticizing the media and until September 2005 hosted After Hours with Cal Thomas on the same network.
