Overall the fundamentals seem to be there and he's obviously got a very mature head on his shoulders. He's got a kind of presence.

His parents were originally British and his early life was spent in Zimbabwe (then called Rhodesia). In 2003 Price was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. He began his professional golf career in 1977 on the Southern Africa Tour before moving to the European Tour and finally the PGA Tour in 1983.

In the mid-1990s Price reached number one in the Official World Golf Ranking. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2003.
