There's a lot of reflection that goes on whenever I write a song - it's been a wild whirlwind last couple of years and there's a lot to talk about, and hopefully that's evident in the music.

In June 2010 Lachey confirmed that he had parted ways with Jive Records. Lachey is also on the Entertainment Council of the hunger-relief organization Feeding America. Lachey also starred in a well known TV series One Tree Hill as a singer at Red Bedroom Productions.
