Scott Peterson

The prosecution explored an affair by the defendant with Amber Frey and the contents of their taped telephone calls. In 2005 he was portrayed by Nathan Anderson in another TV movie Amber Frey: Witness for the Prosecution. She appeared frequently on television news programs during the trial.

He remains on death row in San Quentin State Prison while his case is on appeal to the Supreme Court of California. He maintains his innocence.
