Norman Sherry

He was formerly married to the children's novelist Sylvia Sherry. He has also written on Joseph Conrad Charlotte and Emily Brontë and Jane Austen. Norman Sherry (born 6 July 1935 in Newcastle Upon Tyne England) is an English born American novelist biographer and educator who is most well known for his three-volume biography of the British novelist Graham Greene.

Since 1983 Sherry has held the post of Mitchell DistinguiNorman Sherryd Professor of Literature at Trinity University in San Antonio Texas.
