On August 3rd 2012 Pruitt announced on her official Facebook page that Jordan Pruitt had auditioned for the third season of the American popular singing television competition The Voice. Shortly after Pruitt was signed to Hollywood Records. I.

Pruitt residing near Franklin Tennessee and in Los Angeles when not on tour is preparing to record her third album. In 2012 Jordan Pruitt auditioned for the third season of the popular reality singing competition The Voice. Pruitt's has released two albums the debut No Ordinary Girl (2007) followed by Permission to Fly (2008).
